Poorly Managed store

Waited almost an hour in line at Telkom Pavillion in a relatively unbusy store to collect a prepaid 1gb DataSim that was not delivered with the rest of the kit they promised to send to my home .....much to my irritation they indicated at the counter that they don't accept drivers license cards as acceptable identification(my gripe is that the staff waffling around and not making eye contact during my approximate 1 hour wait should have clarified my request whilst i began standing in line and saved me a completely wasted hour( further more there is also no printed policy regarding acceptable identification or an indication why my newly renewed drivers license is less acceptable than my 1992 green barcodes id book). This despite the fact that my 24 month contract was commissioned entirely over the telephone without any form of I.d #notimpressedwithTelkom
