Poorest Services Always

Telkom has the most *********** people working for them. I'm always struggling with internet and network problems. When you call them they can't seem to assist you. They drop the call in your ear,tell you to do certain things which never seems to work, others have stinking attitudes.Most of the times they put you on mute. Are we doing Telkom a favor? We paying for our services I mean really.
