Poorest service provider of all time

If there was an option to rate them a minus 1 million stars, I wouldn't think twice about it. This company shouldn't be in business, their customer service is below zero. It's been over a week now that I'm battling to obtain a reference number for blacklisting a lost phone. As for the amateur customer service employee I was speaking to, Nare Kgaadi. He is clueless, doesn't know what he's doing. Do not use these people, rather go to their opposition - Cell C, Vodacom or MTN.
