Poorest service of Telkom, over 3 months of trying to cancel contract.

I got retrenched in April 2020, since I found out mid-April I have been contacting Telkom to assist canceling my contract until August 2020 I have not received help. I emailed the manager Tshepo Mo***eng (***) for almost a month, I have not received a single reply from him. And whoever is in charge of Telkom's social media accounts is absolutely not useful at all, I have been in contact through social media as well and they failed to help. Telkom workers are absolutely using the lockdown restrictions to their benefits, they do not do their jobs. Another thing is that I took and signed a Month to Month contract at Eastgate mall but I'm now told I signed 24 months contract, I do not accept that, it's a lie.
