Poorest service from Telkom

Good day, I took a contract with Telkom via one of their Agent, I was told that I will be paying R145 a months, but to my supprised that they a debiting R184. In november my debit order ddnt go through because of insufficient fund on my account but I went and paid the debit order via Easy pay. To my supprise this month my debit order was R384 and I only had R184 reserved for this debit order but it bounce back because they debited extra. When I visted telkom store I was told there is charges of R200 of unpaid debit order thats why this month is more. I was not aware of all these and the person who was reading the terms and conditions before I accept this contract did not inform me. On the same month I had unpaid debit for MTN and Vodacom but I was not charged this rediculous Amount, I paid same amount. This is a ripoff and is not acceptable and unprofessional…
