Poorest service ever

What a dismal service I received from Telkom. I took an upgrade with Telkom. Missed a payment, and all hell broke loose. Instead of debuting what I missed, they decide to debit more than i expected. I then lodged a complaint last year, which they haven't attended to until today. I then received a call from Nu debt attorneys about the account. I then decided to start, paying Telkom while I wait for my query to be addressed.,,As Im busy paying, I then receive calls from VVM attorneys for the same account, I speak to Bongani.i explain my story and send him my proof of payments. I continue paying Nu debt.,. Few weeks later, I now receive calls from Blake and Associates for the same account I'm busy paying. So I try and explain my situation nd hey Blake and Associates doesn't want hear anything I say but want me to do as they please. I guess because they are are bigger than VVM. I then Mr Tshepiso Mo***eng from Telkom who then sends me an email stating that he, , .!?! spoke to credit department to stop Blake and Associate to stop calling me. To my surprise Blake and Associates continue to harass me. Still telling me that I must pay Telkom. The don't want proof that I m busy paying, they just want me to do as they please. I'm tired of Telkom's Nonsensical tactics and *******.TELKOM GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!! . , l Nz, vz
