Poorest Service ever

I took out a contract on 17/11/2022 my debit order date is the 15th of each month however my SIM cards were suspended on 02/12/2022 even before an invoice was issued, and to top it all off on the invoice the AMOUNT DUE SHOULD BE PAID ON 31/12/2022.
