poorest service delivery ever

ACTUALLY telkom DOES NOT deserve even a 1star rating ... I placed an order for A33 double deal in November 2022 and it was approved and I have as yet to receive my phones ..I have called in 9 times since my first call on the 21st of December 2022 and on each call I am given some story or another such as ....there is no stock ….. we have over sold this item and we are waiting for stock ....we have sent it to the courier ,we are not sure why the courier has not delivered ..you will have feedback in 48hrs ..etc...today I am told that my order is not even on their main server!!!and there is no manager around to assist I should call in tomorrow and when i asked why cant the manager call me i am told that I should call in just incase the manager doesn't call me???? what a rodeo show this is total unacceptable service !!!!!!!!!!
