Poorest service by Telkom and lies

I have a 24 months contract on mobile phone with telkom.

On Friday 21 December 2018, my line /service was suspended by telkom for no reason. I phone their call centre and the operator admitted that the line should have not been suspended and the account is up to date. The operator told me that the line will be unlocked within 5 hours but it never happened.

I phone the call centre again the next day and was told the fairytale but my never been unlocked and I phone for the third time on Sunday 23 December 2018 and was told the same lies that my line will be unlocked within 48 hours but till now my Telkom mobile like which I pay for is still locked by Telkom for no valid reason.

I'm done doing business with telkom and their poorest service. Never again. Never!!!
