POOREST SERVICE

<p>the most annoying experience ever. having my router sim blocked . no debits were done now that they decide to debit they block my sim. I have been calling to get it unblocked with no joy. poor service one person says some thing one says the other. I requested for the sim to be unblocked and not done. asked for a manger at the call centre to call me still nothing. it took the agent 5 minutes to send an email to his team leader for a call. I am going to leave this service provider and I will take other client with me. now you got the money you still want a proof of payment of which yall will not get from me. I WANT THAT SIM UNBLOCKED.</p>
