Poorest Customer Service

Hellopeter,

I just entered into a contract with Telkom and I am already regretting. I am surely going to cancel it.

They used a wrong address to courier the parcels, I called them so they can change the delivery address. I have never gotten the worst service like that. Consultant by the name "Zama Ntetha" blatantly rep**** and said they cant do nothing or solution whatsoever when it's them that used the wrong address.

I am foreseeing terrible service. I am rather going to cancel this and go to a service provider that has good service.
