POOR/Disgusting CLIENT SERVICE!!!!

I app**** for the October WiFi router deal and was informed that it takes about 2-4 working days. It's now November and I'm still waiting for feedback on the outcome of my application. I sent numerous emails for feedback and was told that I have to be patient and wait on feedback. It's been 8 working days already!!! How much more patience do you expect me to have??!! I've been dealing with Kerryn who says she'll get back to me but NEVER does!!
