POOR WORKMANSHIP BY TELKOM OFFICIAS!!!

This evening there was a telkom technician who was working on a faulty line that was reported by my neighbor. Having seen him, I was sure that he will interfere with my telkom connection.

I went to the technician an informed him that whatever he's done has caused my line to become faulty. He then assured me that before he leaves everything will be back to normal. He left and nothing is working.

I am writing exams tomorrow an unable to login to myunisa to print out study matrial.

This is really poor workmanship!!!

Now I have to waste hours on the phone with telkom to report a fault which was caused by a telkom technician, does that make any sence to you!!!
