Poor Workmanship by Telkom Fibre Section (Open Serve)

The Optic Fibre Section of Telkom (I believe Open Serve) worked in my back yard last week to hang Optic Fibre. This is in the Montana Park Extension 3 area (Ibis Crescent).

On Monday morning (1 March 2021) I cut the grass, as with all the rain we've had it was exceptionally longer than normal.

While mowing the lawn the lawnmower blade suddenly hit something and jammed. Lifting up the lawn mower I found a large bolt (17 cm long and 2 cm in diameter) lying embedded in the grass.

I cannot believe Telkom's installers / sub-contractors would be so irresponsible to drop a bolt and not pick it up. I now have to purchase a new blade. Is Telkom going to refund me for the cost of the blade and my inconvenience???

I must say Metro Fibre was a lot more professional when they installed fibre in the street. Extremely disappointed with this incident.
