Poor wifi service provider

Good day

It's now few months that I am complaining about the pathetic service I am receiving from Telkom

Most nights you can't connect to the internet and have logged numerous calls and was assured it will be resolved... promises and promises

Why are they charging me for a service that's not being provided ???? Telkom you owe me refunds for the months I can't connect????
