Poor upgrade service.

We currently have two contacts with Telkom, our contact has come to an end. We have been to the Telkom store 4 times and be advised that we there is no stock of Iphone 14 or any Samsung A53. They then advised that they will give us a call when stock arrives. This was about a month ago. We have the placed an order online but they keep not processing our order as they dont have stock. We the went directly to Istore but they dont have tje same packages. Just a fustrating as we it been over 2 month and still cant upgrade.
