POOR & UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

I am shocked that its the second month after cancellation that i still get billed. i informed you that i need it cancelled and i have already moved from the property where i used to stay. This is poor, unprofessional and plain BS that i still get billed without using a service and that you refuse to cancel my line. I will not pay these amounts as i have not used the service at all and i did inform you in time. None of your contact options work properly and your sales staff is poorly trained and provides no solutions at all. i regret using telkom and i will never use it again.
