Poor, unprofessional and bad service received

I've just received a call from Mondo confirmation department by the name of Luyanda confirming that my application has been successful and that in 3 to 10 days I'm going to receive the device that I have app**** for. She was confirming a sale I have done with Luyanda a sales consultant by the name of Noma who also confirmed approval, suddenly 5 minutes later I get an SMS saying they can't process my application I didn't meet the criteria. Why the hell was I contacted twice and the agents confirmed that my application was successful. I'm so ****es of right now, bad service and waste of time. Zero professionalism. I wish they can contact me and tell me how is this even possible. I tried calling their customer service to no avail.
