Poor uneven adsl support for my area
<p>Telkom chooses to upgrade the infrastructure a select few areas and neglect the rest. I tried to upgrade my internet speed to 10 megs but I keep getting told Im limited to 4 megs. What makes it worse is that there are houses in my street that support 10 megs and up. How is this fair? No one can tell me why and agents just dissconnect In frustration. I'm tired of living with infrastructure built in the 90s. If I cant go faster I might as well move to a new isp so that Telkom doesnt get all my money.</p>
Changing my rating to 5 stars just to express how happy I am with the Telkom social media team. They get the job done where the regular customer care just turned me away. Thank you once again and keep up the brilliant work.
