Poor to NO WiFi service

I am now GATVOL with the adsl service ( Lack thereof ) which o am paying monthly and not receiving. I am paying for a 10mb uncapped line, and 99.99% of the time I can’t even send a WHATSAPP message, let alone stream Netflix, showmax or check my Facebook account. This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous and unacceptable. You take my money happily at the end of every month, but no help/solution/assistance is provided!!!
