Poor to no support from Telkom

Hi, I have send various emails to Telkom for support but had NO response (also it shows their email box is full - ***, even visited the Telkom Woodlands store but no help. Also logged an Incident with Andisa at their Call Centre on the 7th May 2025 but no further results.

Because I am struggling with the MyTelkom app logging in and even on the PC, to renew password but just errors. Is somebody able to assist clients? Thank you, Gideon
