POOR TELKOM/OPENSERVE SERVICE

Openserve rep presented me with free 30 days promo free installation etc. We decided to get the deal month to month and oops the promo is no longer available in our area. Its been 2 weeks and still my service is not working. They tell you to phone the sales dept on 10213 but nobody answers your call. I regret my decision to go for telkom fibre because they are incompetant and useless to say the least! You suck TELKOM and OPENSERVE
