Poor Telkom service - No signal inside the house

Very bad service. I have been trying to contact Telkom mobile customer service for the past 3 weeks with no luck. When I get hold of someone they tell me it is a wrong department. I don't have signal inside my house which means I cannot make calls or access internet.
