Poor Telkom Service from loyal customer

So unhappy! I have been with them for many years and had no issues. Now I have a problem cancelling 2 data contracts. I had these contracts cancelled in August 2022 and after so many phone calls, agents assisting and and and I still have them on my name. Can anyone who knows someone at Telkom please share details so I can get someone that is competent to assist me in removing these 2 contracts and refund me all the additional months I paid.
