POOR TELKOM SERVICE

I have a Telkom Landline and phone. When i removed the film over the sight glass the screen smudged . I went to Telkom at Key West to report and get another phone i was told that i have to pay for a new one. Such POOR Quality and their fault .(they put the film over)ana they expect you to pay. That should be accepted as a flop and exchanged.
