Poor Telkom service due to poor systems and process management

Where do I start as there are too many things to mention. I upgraded my contract device prior to the upgrade date. It was recommnded by the consultant at this place to rather upgrade my data contract, in order to avoid a penalty charge for the current device, to which i agreed. 1 week later my service was disconnected, because i was contacted and told that i owed them nearly 31 000 rands in outstanding fees. I went to the Baywest branch in Port Elizabeth where the upgrade hade been done, where they now told me that the amount was "only" 12 000 rands. Due to system mistakes the upgrade had gone "wrong". Due to the nature of my work i need my telephone to provide a backup service to my clients in the medical field and could lose my job due to the fact that my phone had been disconnected. I made the staf at Telkom Baywest aware of this matter. The managed to get my line reinstated, but was not able to sort the main problem out. I was promised that i would be contacted once it was sorted. Tonight i received yet another email, stating that my service had once again been suspended due to their inability to manage their own systems. This is in breech of the contract that we had agreed on,whick in this case in line with the consumer law allows me to terminate this contract. Furthermore, if i lose my job as a result of their poor service, legally i can hold telkom mobile liable to pay my salary, until such time as i find a job that pays me the same salary. If my priblem is not sorted as soon as possible, i will take legal action via the Ombudsman and the consumer board.
