Poor Telkom service delivery

Their service is RX@#. I'm trying since yesterday morning to buy topup data for my WIFI. It keeps on telling me that they have a technical problem. After over R120.00 spent to various numbers given to me by their "service agents" I ended up where I started yesterday morning. No more internet data and VERY POOR service.
