Poor Telkom Service

I have been with Telkom for almost 2 years now and I've never experienced such poor client service. They offered me a wifi router and i took it they never checked if i had coverage in my town, I sent the router back within the grace period and they never took the router off my name. So now i am paying for something I do not have. They refuse to take the router of my name as they have no waybill of collection on my name. But they can clearly see that no data usage has gone through the router. I have many emails and chats with consultants and it has brought me absolutely no where! I will never do any business with Telkom ever again!
