POOR TELKOM SERVICE !!

I moved to Ireland years ago thinking my account was square, but upon returning to SA, realised that i was blacklisted because of a small amount i owe Telkom. I have been to two Telkom branches to settle what i owe, but NONE of them can help me?? The consultants all say that they cannot help, and i must contact head office. I have tried numerous times to contact Telkom H.O, but NO ONE is willing to help??!! PLEASE WILL SOMEONE URGENTLY HELP ME??!!! I AM WANTING TO SORT OUT MY ACCOUNT AND BLACKLISTED STATUS!!!
