Poor Telkom Service

Since December we've had our internet connection from Telkom cut off and we reported that and nothing has been done. April we've had our land line cut off and since then we've been contacting Telkom and we haven't been helped. Last Friday Telkom called and promised that they will come on Monday the 2nd of September 2019 to do all connections and nothing has been done. Well as of now I think Telkom is one of those fly by night companies. Waldo ***
