Poor TELKOM service

On Saturday 10 June 2023 my mobile was ****** at Greenstone Mall, Edenvale. I immediately reported the missing phone to the Telkom office and the phone was blocked by one of the staff present. I then asked for a SIM swap which was done except that there was a ''glitch'' hence Telkom could not activate the new SIM. One week later it is still not activated? I gave three different telephone to Porche (the lady that helped me on 10 June) as yet she has not tried to call me to assist me. There must be someone from Telkom that can assist.
