Poor telkom service and connection

Oky so first of all this is *****. They taking my money for something thst doesn't work. I have LTE wifi at telkom and for the past year I've been struggling with connection. I have very poor connection to the towers. I had a technician come to my house from telkom and he also checked and saw that there is something wrong. I've been waiting for a response after the technician was here since 13 November. I done with this company. I want my money back for the last few months because I was paying for something that doesn't work. This is basically *****ing. Paying for a service that you don't get. I want to get out of my contract as soon as possible.
