Poor Telkom service

I regret that I renewed my internet contract with Telkom, on my first contract, my internet speed was good, after it expired, they called and offered more gigs with a better Router, then I renewed the contract. The connection is very poor, sometimes no connection at all, if I'm lucky the connection will run at 1,2 Mbps upload and 0,XX Mbps download, I wrote an email to Telkom to ask them to check if the coverage in our area is still intact but they never bothered to lift their fingers to respond. I'm just paying for close to nothing, if the ombudsman can assist me cancel this contract so that I could take a better service provider. I'm tired of Telkom taking my money for nothing.
