Poor Telkom Service

I have been calling Telkom for the past 4.5months with no proper solution to my problem. I chose them to be my service provider but I have been having problems since then...my internet is nòt working, I tried to call and they would promise to send a technician through but nobody has ever came to my house. I am paying every month with no missed payments but I have never had connection. I want this sorted now, I have had enough.
