Poor Telkom service

The service we have been getting from telkom is pathetic. We have been having endless problems with our Wifi connection since it has been installed in January 2021. Since beginning of July 2021 which will be the second incident where we have not had any wifi connection for a month. Upon calling the call center we are unable.to get any joy. The.only answer we get is the issue has been escalated but nothing has been done about it. The consultants advise there is a cabling issue and since the last 2 weeks no one has gone out.to.sort the issue out. We have our neighbor who has the very same package as us and runs from the same box but they have no issues. No one is able to give me proper answers. Since Wednesday 22 July 2021 I was promised by a consultant her team leader will contact me since then I have not received any calls. If I could some assistance my reference number at telkom is ***6. I'm am absolutely disgusted at the feedback I receive. I have come to a point where I want to cancel this wifi. It's very frustrating as I have kids at home and there is nothing much to do because telkom is unable to resolve the issue or either they are too lazy to go out and fix the problem. They don't even deserve to get a rating.
