poor telkom service

march 24th cables were ****** from my area. in april i app**** for wireless, from april to june i have called telkom numerous times and went in store a few times to resolve the issues, to date i have only received 1 wireless phone and router, 1 more i have not received. telkom canceled my email address but still did not reactivate it. service is terrible and everyone who works for telkom always appear confused
