Poor Telkom service

I'm currently paying for a 2mb/s line, but I'm running speeds of 10kb/s to 400kb/s. I have requested Telkom technicians numerous time to assist me. And eveytime they have failed to rectify my speed problem. This is poor client service from Telkom. Period.
