Poor Telkom service,

Since about August 2018 , Telkom contacted me to sell me a faster ADSL line , till today was not installed, numerous disputes have been logged , ie ref ********** 4, confirming my complaint and that I should be refunded, by R772,20. till today a total of three disputes remain unanswered. I did consider them for my fibre connection, and even that ended up fruitless. How pathetic,
