Poor Telkom service....

I am a rather frastraed client calls to and from telkom are rather worthless calls to enable my wifi at home is at a snail pace. I am a paying client and expect some service . I have dealing this since Oct 2018 and to date nothing is being reslovrd .pathetic and promise on promise still nothing .deal my no ********** ..I am at my wits end and extremely frustrated. Help help
