POOR TELKOM SERVICE

Since beginning of December 2018 I was offered a deal by Telkom for uncapped wi fi and as a result left my original service provider for this deal and what a nightmare this has become........a landline nr was allocated to me but after numerous calls up untill now 2 months later no technician has come with a response regarding installation or any thing ....now there is no wi fi as i am still waiting for telkom nobody comes back to you with any answers everytime you phone to follow up they just escelate the call to no prevail ....this is very poor service for a big company like this WHEN WILL THIS BE RESOLVED !!!!!!
