Poor Telkom service.
I have a normal voice Tel line ********** 935 and a ADSL line ********** 028. During 2017 and 2018 these two lines were faulty more than 5 times. Each time the lines were down it took at least 4 to 5 weeks to repair if Telkom did the repair work. In the time when Telkom used Huawei to repair phones it was repaired in mostly a week. The downtime on these lines were about longer than the usable time. This is totally unacceotable.
