poor telkom service

In all my years I have never experienced such bad service . I would not recommend Telkom to anyone as they do not seem to deliver on what one signs up for . Since I have had fibre the internet speed is just not reliable . For months I have battled to download internet . On most days in the last few months the speed has been bellow 1 Mbps for hours on end. On many occasions my speed reader cannot even open or pick up Telkom .It is an utter disgrace .And as if to make up for it suddenly (usually at night ) we will have speeds up to 30 Mbps .I have reported this problem dozens of times but no sooner I think the problem has been rectified , no sooner it reverts back to what it was . I cannot wait to find an alternative provider . I’m totally fed up with Telkom and their disgusting service delivery .Scandalous!!!!!!!
