Poor Telkom response

Our street pole was knocked down by an outsider causing the telephone lines to fall and damage the electric fencing. We reported this to Telkom to have the telephone pole put up again about 3 weeks ago. We have reported this 3 times via phone and email and to date there has been no response from Telkom.
