Poor Telkom Network coverage

I have a contracted WiFi with Telkom and am not benefiting because a lot of times there’s no network coverage even when there’s no load shedding.Everday you can never be sure if you do something on WiFi if you will complete the task without been cut off. Worst part ever month I have to pay for this poor service.

My son can’t do his homework’s smoothly on this network because it’s not reliable. And how do they go on taking money from customers with poor coverage like this. Am sitting here 3days without coverage.Somtimes it can go for more than a week without network even when there’s no load shedding.
