Poor Telkom LTE speeds and No Fibre in area

I've been with telkom LTE for the last 4+ years and it started off at upload speeds >35mbps

Recently, ever since telkom stopped with the fixed line and started handing out LTE devices to everyone in my area, my speeds are below 1mbps and a youtube video in the lowest quality will buffer in peak hours (Even the first day of the months so it IS NOT throttling).

I've spoken to many individuals in the area and we all seem to be having the same problem and telkom is not doing a thing about this.

Our area (Asherville, Durban) does not have a fibre line and telkom is not rolling out fibre in this area for some reason leaving LTE as the only option.

I've called telkom and asked them to have a look at this and maybe upgrade the tower as it cant handle so many users but I have gotten no response.

Now I resorted to buying an MTN data sim just to send and receive basic emails during peak hours as the telkom LTE is dead.
