Poor Telkom LTE reception and price

I have uncupped LTE at home with no reception since last week. Kept on phoning Telkom without any assistance. I was told to do a sim swop tiday, whuch I did and there is still no reception. I checked the internet coverage and must have full reception. This is frustrating with school assignments and work related matters. As soon as the debit order goes off I have this problem. Its now the 3rd time. My money is good enough and I dont get service. I pay R975 for a "lockdown special" advertised at R325? This is **************** and unprofessional!
