Poor telkom insurance service

I am absolutely appalled in the service I have received from Telkom and whomever their 3rd party insurance company may be.

From mid-December up until today, I have been trying to communicate my distraughtness for their poor services and I joke you not, I am still unassisted. Instead I have been given the run-around all throughout. I have been without a phone for over 2 months (which was insured by them) and was given a lousy excuse every time when I did any kind of follow-up.

The worst part to all of this is, I asked for the insurance to be terminated as they have been unable to assist me (clearly just a waste of my money). They tried to con me by saying I did not request this in time & I must still pay for a few months. I am disgusted. I suggest if you have insurance with them, you read into every detail and/or cancel it immediately.
