Poor Telkom Customer Service

There has been poor to no LTE service in the Isipingo area for the past week. This was logged and incident ref ***6 was provided. Despite numerous emails informing Telkom that the service has not been restored Joosub Soomar closed the incident stating that the service has improved. The customers are paying for the service and not Joosub and we find the service unacceptable. I will not recommend Telkom a service provider.
