POOR TELKOM CUSTOMER SERVICE

I opened a business in July. We ordered 2 Telkom which were delivered. But we struggled for 2 weeks to get it connected. After numerous calls we decide to cancel everything. The phones were never connected, no call was made, no call ever received. We called Telkom and were directed to and fro, from one department to another. We received tracking numbers at last, that a courier would come to pick up the phones. Now after more than a month, NOTHING, NOTHING happened. In the mean time Telkom has the audacity to STEEL R1500 from my bank account. I am very very angry because one department of Telkom does nor know what the other is doing. I want my money back. Telkom's service is VERY bad !!!!!!!!!!!
