Poor Telkom customer service
For 3 days I have been unable to receive emails to my Telkom email account, although I can still send emails. Telkom tells me there is a problem with their mail server, but the people who can fix it will only be in on Monday!!!!
What sort of customer service is that?

However I have still not received the mails that were sent to me during that off time, and I have no idea what and how many emails addressed to me then disappeared into cyberspace. I a;so question why it took 3 days to fix it, when email correspondence is so essential for business and the economy. You should have staff on call to come a fix something immediately, not wait till Monday.
